At Sticker Whisper, all products are custom made specifically for each customer. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for custom orders, as these items cannot be resold.
Non-Returnable Items
- All custom-made stickers and personalized products
- Orders approved after proof confirmation
We kindly ask customers to carefully review their proof before approving production.
Issues With Your Order
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us and we will be happy to help:
- Manufacturing defects
- Printing errors
- Damaged items upon arrival
- Lost packages or confirmed shipping issues
In these cases, once the issue is verified, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Shipping Issues
If your order is lost in transit or encounters a delivery issue, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
After confirmation, we will arrange a replacement shipment when appropriate.
