Most products sold by Sticker Whisper are custom-made or personalized products produced according to artwork, specifications, sizes, finishes, quantities, and other options selected or supplied by the customer.

Product colors displayed on a computer, phone, or other screen may vary slightly from the appearance of the final printed product due to differences in screen settings, printing processes, materials, and finishes.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product specifications when reasonably necessary.

5. Artwork and Customer-Provided Content

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights or permission to use any artwork, logos, photographs, trademarks, text, graphics, or other content submitted to Sticker Whisper.

By submitting artwork or other content for production, you represent that you have the right to use and reproduce that material for the requested order.

You agree not to submit content that infringes the intellectual property rights of another person or organization or that violates applicable law.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order containing content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate for production.

6. Digital Proofs and Approval

When a digital proof is requested or required, we generally send the proof to the email address associated with the order within 24 hours.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their proof carefully before approving production. This includes checking spelling, artwork, size, layout, orientation, quantity, and other relevant design details.

Once a proof has been approved and production has begun, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Our standard production time is generally 3–5 business days after proof approval.

7. Pricing and Payment

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or other inaccuracies that may appear on the website.

Customers agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and account information for purchases made through our store.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Payments are processed through the payment methods and payment processors made available through our online store.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped according to the shipping options and delivery information presented on our website and during checkout.

Our current shipping practices, estimated production times, tracking information, and procedures for delivery issues are described in our Shipping Policy.

Shipping and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

9. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Because our products are generally custom-made specifically for each customer, they are subject to different return conditions than standard non-customized merchandise.

10. Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@stickerwhisper.com.

Because custom products may enter production shortly after proof approval, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once production has begun.

If production has already started, cancellation or modification may no longer be available.

11. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, pricing errors, or violations of these Terms.

If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email address, phone number, or other contact information provided with the order.

You agree to provide accurate and current purchase, billing, shipping, and account information.
