Thank you for shopping with Sticker Whisper. Below is our shipping and production process so you know exactly what to expect after placing your order.

Order Proof & Confirmation

All of our products are custom made to order.
After you place your order, we will send a digital proof to your email within 24 hours for your approval.

Please note:

  - Proofs can only be sent via email.

  - If an order is placed with a phone number only and no email address, we will not be able to send a proof.

  - Order confirmation emails, proof emails, and shipping notifications are all sent to the email address used at checkout.

If you do not see our email, please check your junk or spam folder, as automated emails may occasionally be filtered there.

Production Time

Once your proof is approved, your order will move into production.
Our standard production time is 3–5 business days after proof approval.

Production time may vary slightly during peak seasons, but we always do our best to stay within this timeframe.

Shipping Method & Tracking

We ship all orders via USPS with tracking.

  - A tracking number will be generated once your order ships

  - Tracking information will be available within 24 hours after shipment

  - You can track your order directly through our website or via the USPS tracking system

Please note that USPS delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays beyond our control.

Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will work with USPS to investigate and assist you with the next steps.
